How long have you been affiliated with the commercial real estate industry? Local 103 IBEW and NECA have been proudly affiliated with the commercial real estate industry since its establishment. For over one hundred years, Local 103 and NECA have provided Greater Boston with the best-trained, most efficient, safest electricians and telecommunications specialists, while fostering our values of economic fairness, equal opportunity, and charitable giving in the communities where we work, live and raise our families.
