Neil joins Consigli Const. as director of project services group
According to Consigli Construction Co., Inc. Margaret Neil has joined the company as director of its newly-created project services group (PSG). The new department brings together pre-construction, mechanical/electrical coordination, scheduling, building information modeling (BIM), and design specialists to assist with project planning and enhancement of the client experience.
Neil comes to Consigli from Shawmut Design & Construction, where she spent the past 11 years as vice president of client development. As an active participant in industry organizations, Neil is involved with New England Women in Real Estate (NEWIRE) and is the Consigli representative on governor Deval Patrick's Zero Net Energy Buildings Task Force.
