Neeson of Press/Cuozzo Comm’l. sells 2.3 acre parcel for $750,000
NORTH HAVEN, CT Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services said that senior advisor, Joel Nesson arranged the sale of 356-360 State St.
The combined sites, total 2.3 acres with 200’ frontage on State St, at a signalized corner. The parcels were improved with two single family homes and two commercial buildings, 2,891 s/f and 4,102 s/f.
The transaction closed at $750,000 on December 1, 2020. Joel Nesson represented the seller C & R Enterprises, LLC., and procured the buyer 360 State, LLC.
