Nedde Real Estate launches leasing program for the newly renovated 77 Residences

Burlington, VT Nedde Real Estate has launched its leasing program for the newly renovated 77 Residences, at 77 Pine St., better known as the Peoples United Bank building.

This reimagined landmark now offers 49 apartments, created with energy efficient green construction, thoughtful details and design to offer the best in modern urban living. Residents will enjoy a rooftop terrace complete with fire pits, pizza oven, barbecues and an indoor lounge with kitchen; a fitness room with Peloton bikes; a pet wash station; a community area with pool table; indoor and outdoor bike storage and a bike wash; complimentary GBT Transit passes and complimentary Carshare Vermont memberships.

77 Residences is anchored by People’s United Bank Flagship branch as well as the Kestrel Coffee Roasters’ cafe. Kestrel Coffee Roasters opened their cafe and roaster in 2018 in South Burlington, followed by their second cafe in Burlington a year later.

In addition to roasting and selling their coffee wholesale and retail, they make all their own grab-and-go baked goods, sandwiches, and snacks from scratch.
