Nedde of Redstone brokers $810,000 sale of 12,400 s/f commercial building

Doug Nedde of Redstone was the listing broker representing Robert Berman in the sale of a 12,400 s/f commercial building on 1.35 acres located at 4-8 Leroy Rd for $810,000. Linda Letourneau of Redstone was the selling broker. The buyer, Gordon Clements of Gordon's Window Décor will be relocating his facility to this site. Bruce Baker attorney at Clarke Demus & Baker LLC represented the bank, Michelle Farkus of Gravel and Shea represented the seller, Eric Knudsen of Langrock Sperry & Wool LLP represented the buyer, and the purchase was financed by Northfield Savings Bank.
