Neary of Coastal Commercial handles building sale

1402 Tucker Road - Dartmouth, MA

Dartmouth, MA - Coastal Commercial Real Estate has completed the sale of the commercial building and real estate at 1402 Tucker Rd. The 1,941 s/f Victorian building was acquired by Kelly Almeida, owner of Salon Ell, a beauty salon, previously located at 647 Dartmouth St. With an extensive list of services, Salon Ell is dedicated to maintaining the intimate and relaxed environment their guests have come to expect and enjoy.

The property was formerly owned by B & K Leavitt Realty / Med Aesthetic Salon & Day Spa. The sale price was undisclosed

The sellers were represented by Lori Nery, CBR, LMS, GRI, broker and vice-president of Coastal Commercial Real Estate.
