The following deals were recently completed by NAI The Dunham Group totaling 70,942 s/f: * Pika Energy leased 4,285 s/f of mixed used space at 35 Bradley Dr., Westbrook, from 35 Bradley Drive, LLC. Greg Hastings, SIOR from NAI Dunham and Erik Urbanek from Commercial Properties brokered the lease. * Fluid Imaging Technologies leased 16,771 s/f of office space at 200 Enterprise Dr., Scarborough, from Contech Engineered Solutions. Katie Allen, Tom Moulton, CCIM, SIOR and Justin Lamontagne from NAI Dunham brokered the lease. * SurePoint Advisors leased 6,001 s/f of office space at 2 Monument Sq., Portland, from 800 Northern Corp. Moulton, and Charlie Craig from NAI Dunham brokered the lease. * 91 State Street, LLC purchased a 13,795 s/f (6-unit) multi-family building at 91 State St., Portland, from Mercy Hospital. Frank O'Connor, CCIM, SIOR from NAI Dunham and Kirk Butterfield from Investcomm brokered the sale. * Nick Nappi purchased 8,800 s/f of industrial/ manufacturing space at 1025 Ocean Ave., Portland, from Etheridge Foundry. Tom Dunham, SIOR from NAI Dunham and Richie Garrett from Remax By The Bay brokered the sale. * Michaud Distributors, Inc leased 3,840 S/f of warehouse space at 72 Industrial Park Rd., Saco, from RED Realty Trust. Dunham and Hastings brokered the lease. * Gould Company, LLC purchased 4,950 s/f of retail/mixed use space at 414 Fore St., Portland, from John and Doris Rich. Moulton from NAI Dunham and Peter Harrington from Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the sale. * Plastic Supply, Inc. renewed their lease of 7,500 s/f of warehouse/ industrial space at 510 County Rd., Westbrook, from Sleepy Hollow Development. Hastings brokered the lease. * Good Shepard Food Bank, Inc. leased 5,000 s/f of warehouse space at 10 Arctic Circle, Biddeford, from Southpark, LLC.
