Greg Hastings, SIOR from NAI Dunham and Erik Urbanek from Commercial Properties brokered the lease. * Fluid Imaging Technologies leased 16,771 s/f of office space at 200 Enterprise Dr., Scarborough, from Contech Engineered Solutions. Katie Allen, Tom Moulton, CCIM, SIOR and Justin Lamontagne from NAI Dunham brokered the lease. * SurePoint Advisors leased 6,001 s/f of office space at 2 Monument Sq., Portland, from 800 Northern Corp. Moulton, and Charlie Craig from NAI Dunham brokered the lease. * 91 State Street, LLC purchased a 13,795 s/f (6-unit) multi-family building at 91 State St., Portland, from Mercy Hospital.
