NAI Hunneman Commercial, a leading provider of commercial real estate services to corporations, institutions and the private market, has brokered a 7,094 s/f, three-year office lease at 20 Burlington Mall Rd.
Evan Gallagher, associate at NAI Hunneman, represented the tenant, Airwide Solutions Inc., a next-generation mobile messaging infrastructure and applications provider. Joe Crowley of Meredith & Grew, as well as Austin Barrett of Boston Properties, represented the landlord, Boston Properties, in the transaction.
