NAI Hunneman hires Evans as executive vice president

According to NAI Hunneman, Peter Evans will join the company's leasing and advisory service team as executive vice president focusing on landlord and tenant representation in the city's downtown submarkets. Evans brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience to his position at NAI Hunneman. "We are excited to welcome Peter's level of experience and investor knowledge into a senior position on our Downtown Boston Leasing team," said NAI Hunneman president and CEO David Slye. "Our clients will immediately sense that Peter has been 'in their shoes', and as a service provider he will translate his in-depth comprehension of investor needs into successful results on their behalf. Peter brings extensive brokerage professionalism to our firm and deep relationships with property owners/investors that will benefit both clients and NAI Hunneman's efforts to further build our Agency Leasing, Investment Sales, Financing and Property Management service lines." Prior to joining NAI Hunneman Evans was a principal with NPV Direct Invest in Boston managing the company's portfolio-wide leasing efforts. Evans has also served as a broker/principal of the Codman Company in Boston where he was responsible for managing landlord representation services for the company and as the director of leasing for the Archon Group where he was responsible for the successful lease up of the Massachusetts portfolio consisting of approximately 22 properties totaling 2.8 million s/f.
