NAI Hunneman completes 11,061 s/f office/flex lease for Calare Properties

Chelmsford, MA NAI Hunneman completed an 11,061 s/f office/flex lease transaction with cab technology, inc., at 21 Alpha Rd. The product and package marking equipment manufacturer is moving its operations from 87 Progress Ave. in Tyngsboro.

NAI Hunneman’s north team of David Gilkie, Jim Boudrot, Mike Allen, and Cormac Sullivan represented cab, while Jamie Lipscomb of Transwestern represented landlord Calare Properties.

“21 Alpha Rd. was a great location for cab’s next space as it addressed both locational and growth needs,” said Gilkie. “The landlord was very accommodating and was willing to modify the space for cab including additional exterior windows, and fitting out the interior to meet office, R&D, and storage requirements.”
