Bob Fitzgerald, executive vice president/principal, and Stephen James executive vice president/principal, both of NAI Hunneman Commercial, represented the seller, CBE Technologies, a Boston-based IT service provider, and procured the buyer, Burlington, Mass.-based Compass Realty Associates.
