NAI Hunneman has brokered 10,422 s/f of office space to three tenants at 320 Congress St. in Boston's Fort Point Channel/Seaport District. NAI Hunneman's Jeffrey Becker, senior vice president/principal, and Bonny Doorakian, senior associate, represented the landlord, Congress Plaza LLC, in all three transactions.
* Proxy Networks Inc. leased 3,722 s/f. Proxy Networks, formerly a product division of Juniper Networks Inc. and Funk Software, is a leading provider of remote support software solutions, and is relocating to Boston from Cambridge. Ryan Hurd of Richards Barry & Joyce Partners represented Proxy Networks in the transaction.
* ZMags Inc. leased 3,520 s/f of office space. ZMags is a provider of digital publishing platforms that allows companies to transform their paper publications and PDF files into interactive and captivating online presentations. Tom O'Regan of Richards Barry & Joyce Partners represented ZMags in the transaction.
* One7 LLC, the U.S. licensee of Kangroo's footwear, apparel and accessories, leased 3,180 s/f of office space. Tom Robinson of Newmark Frank Knight represented One7 in the transaction.
