NAI Glickman Kovago represents Harrell’s in 24,000 s/f lease renewal

Auburn, MA Harrell’s has signed a lease renewal to occupy 24,000 s/f of warehouse space at 19 Technology Dr. Harrell’s will use the property as a distribution facility for their business in New England. Harrell’s was represented by NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs principal, James Glickman, and vice presidents, Cody Miner and Nolan Ryan. 

Glickman said, “NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs represents Harrell’s national portfolio of locations for site selection and lease renewal requirements. We value our long standing partnership and are thrilled to have successfully completed another deal for them.” 

19 Technology Dr. is a 51,200 s/f multi-tenant industrial building off Rte. 20. 

Harrell’s is a leading producer and distributor of customized, agronomic solutions including nutritional solutions for turf, landscape and plants. Harrell’s has production and storage facilities throughout the country to ensure timely, efficient shipments.
