NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs brokers $1.15 million sale of 6,000 s/f automotive facility at 79 May St.
Worcester, MA Nicoma LLC has sold its 6,000 s/f automotive facility at 79 May St. to Cataldo Ambulance Service. The buyer intends to utilize the property for ambulance and various emergency response services.
NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs (NAIGKJ) vice president, Jeff Borus, along with Jeff Lefebvre of George & Company represented the seller, and NAIGKJ also identified and represented the buyer. The sale closed on September 18th at a price of $1.15 million.
Borus said, “It was a pleasure to work with both parties, and to be a part of a transaction where the buyer’s intended use will have such a valuable impact in the communities where so many of us work and live!”
