NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs arranges two leases totaling 3,600 s/f

Webster, MA NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs recently represented both the tenant and landlord for the lease of 82 Worcester Rd. The 70,000 s/f total distribution/retail/office space is located in Webster Plaza. 

The new tenant, CrossFit Clean Slate, has leased the last two remaining retail spaces totaling 3,600 s/f. Principal Michael Jacobs represented the tenant, CrossFit Clean Slate, and principal James Glickman and vice presidents Nolan Ryan and Cody Miner represented the landlord, LEP Worcester Road Realty Trust. 

NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs principal, Michael Jacobs, said, “With quick access to the Mass-Pike and Rte. 20, 82 Worcester Rd. is an ideal gym location and we are pleased to have facilitated the lease in-house with an established company seeking to expand in the area.”
