Nahigian of Auburndale Realty teaches Commercial Lease Analysis at Boston University

Boston, MA Rob Nahigian, FRICS,SIOR,CRE,MCR of Auburndale Realty has completed teaching Commercial Lease Analysis at Boston University (BU) in its Certificate of RE Studies. 

Nahigian has served on the BU faculty for over 30 years on various topics. The winter/spring semester covered 55 lease clauses that may be found in an industrial, office or retail lease. His guest speakers have included Taran Grisby, Esq. global delivery lead-transactions and leasing for Fidelity Investments, Jim Terrell, the former head of real estate for Sears Holdings, Mike Ferrucci, director of acquisitions for Marcus Partners, Bruce Bagdasarian, one of the top real estate Boston attorneys, and Robert Cleary, a real estate counselor at Colliers International and other top real estate experts. 

Nahigian is scheduled to teach the summer semester 2024 at BU on Commercial Lease Analysis. Guest speakers are planned for this semester.
