Nahigian of Auburndale Realty Co. represents SleepHealth Centers LLC in 11,280 s/f

According to Auburndale Realty Co., Rob Nahigian, FRICS, SIOR, CRE represented SleepHealth Centers LLC in its leasing of 11,280 s/f of corporate office space at 187 Ballardvale St. Nahigian has worked on site selection and lease negotiations on numerous locations for SleepHealth in the state. He started this site search in early fall 2010 to combine its Danvers and Bedford facilities. They plan to move into the new facility this summer. The landlord, VIF/Ballardvale 181-187, LLC was represented by RBJ & Partners. SleepHealth, launched in 1997, operates 25 centers in Mass., R.I., Conn. and Arizona, including two that opened in 2010 and they are affiliated with academic medical institutions such as Brigham and Women's Hospital and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. SleepHealth is one of the largest sleep health centers in the U.S. SleepHealth Centers is a network of specialized sleep medicine centers and clinics that provide all the required services needed to diagnose, treat, and support patients with sleep disorders. Sleep Health Centers programs provide coordinated diagnosis, medical, pharmacological and behavioral treatments and follow-up services to those suffering from sleep disorders. ### articl6w.wpd
