Nahigian of Auburndale Realty Co. represents Co Co Realty Trust in 30,000 s/f lease at 8 Arrow Drive, Woburn, Mass.

Auburndale Realty Co. has recently completed an advisory and brokerage assignment that resulted in the leasing of 8 Arrow Dr. Rob Nahigian, FRICS,SIOR,CRE,MCR represented Co Co Realty Trust and advised them on the leasing of its 30,000 s/f warehouse facility to Designer Services, Inc. (DSI). The facility is located near the intersection of Rte. 128 and Washington St. and has a fenced parking lot and storage area. Nahigian advised the landlord on the marketing, lease negotiations and positioning of the property to successfully consummate an agreement with DSI. The property is located at the end of cul-de-sac and includes offices, tailgate loading docks and ground level drive through. A number of users looked at the building both on a lease and purchase basis. DSI was a local user that needed expansion space and signed a long-term contract.
