Nahigian elected to board of advisors for AMEX listed Boston Real Estate Investment Partnership
Rob Nahigian, SIOR of Auburndale Realty Co., Newton was elected to the board of advisors of the AMEX publicly listed, NERA, located in Allston. The Advisor Committee meets with General Partnership six times a year to provide recommendations on policy formation, review the appropriateness, timing and amount of proposed distributions, approve or reject proposed acquisitions and investments with affiliates, and advise the general partner on various partnership affairs. Shareholders approved the nomination of Nahigian along with two other members in a national proxy statement. NERA is engaged in the business of acquiring, developing, holding for investment, operating and selling residential and commercial real estate in the New England region including five commercial properties and 25 residential properties and nine joint ventures.
