Paul Mulroy of O'Brien Commercial Properties recently represented the ownership Far East Management Inc. and handled all negotiations in the sale of 1 Executive Park Dr.
The buyer, United Restaurant Equipment, plans on moving their business from the center of Lowell to this new and improved location. Mulroy said, "We worked very hard to finalize this sale and we feel that the buyer will utilize this building to its full potential, as well as improve the exterior of the property. This will be a welcoming site to the neighborhood."
United Restaurant Equipment was introduced to the property by a family relative who works with Dutton Real Estate. The final selling price was $780,000.
