Mulroy of O'Brien Commercial Properties reps Creative Materials in the purchase of 12 Willow Road
Paul Mulroy of O'Brien Commercial Properties recently represented Creative Materials Inc. in the purchase of 12 Willow Rd.
Creative Materials Inc. develops and markets specialty adhesives, coatings and inks. They will be expanding into their new location from Tyngsboro.
"This location is an upgrade from their current space and will allow them to expand their business significantly with the extra space, not to mention the building is located on a beautifully private 8 acre site," said Mulroy. "This is an excellent time to purchase property if you are a user because of low per square prices and great interest rates, which Creative Materials took full advantage of."
Mulroy recommended that they speak to Mass development which helped finance part of this transaction. Creative Materials will use the next few months to make any changes they have planned for the building before moving into the space in July.
Alan Ringuette of The Stubblebine Company represented the seller, Daniels Island LLC.
