Mulroy of O'Brien Commercial Properties handles 10,755 s/f in leases
Paul Mulroy of O'Brien Commercial Properties recently represented Drew and Co. LLC, the tenant, in leasing 7,012 s/f of space at 325 Ayer Rd.
Drew and Co. LLC is owned by Andrew Pietras, who has recently acquired a wholesale rug and place mat company that he will be relocating from Pennsylvania.
"We were able to negotiate a very good monthly rent to allow them to get up and running here in Mass. over the next few years" said Mulroy.
The landlord, LTI Appleworks, was represented by Bill Sullivan of R.W. Holmes.
In addition, Mulroy recently represented Esquire Five LLC, the landlord, in leasing 3,743 s/f of space at 5 Esquire Rd. in Billerica, Mass. The building is now fully occupied.
The tenant, Prudential Cleanroom Services, specializes in cleaning and distributing clean room apparel. They will use this location for a new facility that services the state. Prudential was represented by Grubb & Ellis Co.
