Mulligan, of Cutler Assoc. receives DBIA merit service award

Frederic Mulligan, P.E., DBIA president of Cutler Associates was recently awarded a Meritorious Service Award by the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA). The award recognizes his commitment to DBIA and promotion of the design-build delivery method. Nominated by fellow DBIA board member, Guillermo Salazar who serves as civil and environmental engineering department chair at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Mulligan was recognized for his professional accomplishments, dedication to public service, and lifelong advocacy and practice of design-build. "Throughout his 35-year career, Mulligan's advocacy for design-build project delivery has influenced hundreds of owner's, employees, students and industry peers," said Salazar in his nomination letter.
