Moynihan of Ellis Realty Advisors sells Revere apartment complex

Revere, MA Ellis Realty Advisors senior partner Colin Moynihan facilitated the sale of a 29-unit apartment complex located at 45 Belle Isle.  The sale price was not disclosed. This asset was fully-leased and all apartments were market rate with two parking lots.  

Located neat two MBTA stations, the soon to be re-developed Suffolk Downs, and Wynn’s new Encore casino, this apartment complex is located five miles outside downtown Boston.  

“Both parties are very pleased with the outcome this sale provided in the highly competitive Boston multifamily market,” said Moynihan.  

Moynihan specializes in multifamily dispositions, acquisitions, and development in Massachusetts and represented the seller 45 Belle Isle LLC and the buyer Revere Belle LLC.
