Moynihan of Ellis Realty Advisors handles sale of 80 Professors Row

Somerville, MA Ellis Realty Advisors has completed the sale of 80 Professors Row. Colin Moynihan, senior partner of Ellis Realty Advisors represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction. The sale price was not disclosed. The property is located on the Tufts University campus and had been owned by Zeta Psi since the late 1800s. The building will eventually be demolished and will be incorporated into the Tufts University master plan to build and develop additional student housing on campus.

“It was my pleasure working with both Zeta Psi and ARX Urban for the past year to get this transaction to the finish line. During this year-long process we faced many challenges, but ultimately overcame all obstacles to the benefit of both clients, and it’s nice when you’re working alongside the right people that all have the same objective; congrats to everyone involved,” said Moynihan.
