Moss Home Solutions purchases 5,300 s/f building to expand its staff and operations

Seekonk, MA Moss Home Solutions has purchased a 5,300 s/f building to expand its staff and operations into a new, larger headquarters location. Previously, the company was located on Taunton Ave. Details of the sale were not disclosed.

The two-story professional office building at 699 Fall River Ave. once housed the former Newport Creamery restaurant chain headquarters. The site contains 20,042 s/f of land with frontage visibility via billboard signage on Fall River Ave./Rte. 114A, not far from the Rhode Island line.

Currently, the property is under renovation to modernize and brighten the building interior, create conference room space and additional private offices for staff, and to make it welcoming to clients and other visitors.

Moss Home Solutions LLC is a real estate investment and wholesaling firm that specializes in purchasing houses in any condition throughout Greater Rhode Island and Southcoast Massachusetts for cash. Owners C.J. and Beth Moss established the company in 2019 to help homeowners find solutions to problems such as foreclosure, probate, tenants who don’t pay rent, debt issues, and more.
