The space was leased to Laboratory Corp. of America, that has offices around the country.
The 25,000 s/f building offers a medical setting a few blocks from Newton Centre and is also accessible to the MBTA Green Line.
The building is fully sprinklered and handicapped accessible with covered deck parking and exterior surface parking.
Moskowitz said the lab will serve to complement the variety of medical specialties already serving the property.
Moskowitz, as exclusive broker, represented the lessor, Centre Street Realty Trust and Leitner as an exclusive tenant representative assisted the lessee.
