Moskowitz of Heritage Corp. handles 1,230 s/f lease at 154 Wells Ave.
Steven Moskowitz of Heritage Corp. recently leased 1,230 s/f of office space at 154 Wells Ave. to Strategic Patents, a law firm.
The property offers parking, is near Rte. 128 at the Needham line and the Boston Sports Club across the street.
Moskowitz, as exclusive broker represented the lessor, 154 Wells Ave. Assoc. and assisted the tenant.
