Steven Moskowitz of Heritage Corp. leased 1,500 s/f of office space at 246 Walnut St.
The site was leased to Events & Adventures for its Boston area location. The company coordinates events for single adults from outings to baseball games, other sporting events, museums, boat cruises, and a wide range of other activities.
Moskowitz represented the tenant and Dan Krusiak of Grubb & Ellis represented the lessor, Walnut St. Realty Trust.
