Steven Moskowitz of Heritage Corp. recently leased 2,800 s/f of retail space at 1239 Washington St. to Centre Ski & Bike Shop.
Moskowitz, as exclusive broker, represented the lessor, 966 Watertown Street Realty Trust, and assisted the tenant.
The new location will offer customers larger, brighter space and will also provide greater storage for inventory for bikes and skis.
The store specializes in custom ski rentals with a large student clientele. It offers a range of programs from one-day rental to seasonal; also selling skiis that can be sold back to the store for a bigger size.
Centre Ski offers a full range of bicycles as well as bike and ski accessories and a full line of ski clothing and bike wear.
