A retail building, 122-138 Market Square, in the heart of downtown Newington's Market Square, sold for $630,000. The property is occupied with 7 long-term tenants totaling 5,880 s/f on .207 acres. Tenants include: Newington Yoga Center, GBS Brow Threading, JKN Hair Salon, Sand Dollar Laundromat, Sophia's Breakfast and Lunch, Hair Again, and Groomers Pet Salon.
Morrow Realty represented the seller, Amoruso, and Re/Max Precision Realty represented the buyer, Yang Properties, LLC.
