Thayer Morgan, vice president and director of commercial for Commonwealth Commercial, has brokered a 10,000 s/f lease at 150 Industrial Ave. to Second Home from American Training. This location will serve as an adult day care facility for the aging and growing community.
150 Industrial Ave. is a 22,000 s/f facility off of Rte. 3 and the Lowell Connector. This lease will bring the building to full occupancy.
Morgan represented the tenant, Second Home and Bill Coppins of the Coppins Co. represented the owner, American Training.
