Montesi of New Haven Group leases 12,000 s/f to D&D Paintball

Robert Montesi, vice president of New Haven Group, Inc., completed a lease deal with D&D Paintball, LLC at 141 Prestige Park Rd. - 31 Prestige Park Circle. The 100,566 s/f industrial flex building on nearly eight acres currently houses several trucking companies, an appliance distributor and a records storage facility. D&D Paintball features two heated playing fields and a full-service pro shop, and is open to both the public as well as organized leagues. The fields are equipped with inflatable obstacles, artificial turf and safety netting. Co-owner Dennis Frank said it was the convenient location and affordability of Prestige Park that attracted him to the area. "It's a destination oriented sport, and Prestige Park is easy to get to from any direction. This industrial park is clean and feels safe, especially with its proximity to the police station, which is especially important for our nighttime customers. Besides, the local community and business owners have given us a very warm welcome." According to Steven Inglese, president, New Haven Group represented the landlord and brought in the tenant in the transaction.
