Located in the city's financial district, 170 Westminster St. is a 12-story, 62,000 s/f first class office building and offers suites from 300 to 10,000 s/f. Featuring the iBuilding Platform the building offers tenants a free building WiFi system, an interactive digital directory, 24 hour security card access and a tenant web portal at www.ibuilding.com. The newly opened restaurant The Dorrance is located on the first floor.
