Mitchell of Compass’ Kirk | Schryver Team closes $2.25 million sale

Barrington, RI Compass has completed the sale of 17 Willow Way for $2.25 million. According to data maintained by the RI Statewide MLS, this transaction marked one the highest sales ever in the town’s Alfred Drowne neighborhood. Lindsay Mitchell of Compass’ Kirk | Schryver Team represented the buyer. 

Situated on Allin’s Cove, the west-facing property affords sunset views over the Cove and Narragansett Bay. Measuring over 4,200 s/f of living space, the property features four bedrooms, four full and one half bathrooms, full-length glass windows and modern finishes throughout.
