Minnerly of NAI Hunneman sells 19,260 s/f office/warehouse

Cathy Minnerly, formerly of Cushman of Wakefield of Massachusetts, and now with NAI Hunneman, brokered the sale of a 19,260 s/f office and warehouse building. The property was sold for about $1.59 million. Located on a 3-acre site at 31 Astor Ave., the building was purchased by JI Enterprise and sold by Dave and Bob Dillon of Atlantic Safety Products. Minnerly, currently an executive vice president and principal at NAI Hunneman, represented the seller and procured the buyer. "It was a great deal for both the buyer and the seller," said Minnerly.
