Minnerly and Plunkett of Cushman & Wakefield leases 21,600 s/f for Atlantic Mgmt. to NewCom

On behalf of Atlantic Management, Cushman & Wakefield has completed a warehouse lease at 29 Teed Dr. in totaling 21,600 s/f.  Cushman & Wakefield senior directors Cathy Minnerly and J.P. Plunkett represented Atlantic Management in the transaction.  The tenant, NewCom Metal Products, was represented by Bob Strelke of RW Holmes. Teed Dr. is  between Rtes. 28 and 37 in Randolph, about two minutes from Braintree Five Corners. Atlantic Management was formed in 1972 to provide investors with long-term capital growth through conservatively structured real estate investments.
