Miller of Levey Miller Maretz Commercial Real Estate Services leases 9,000 s/f
Steve Miller of Levey Miller Maretz Commercial Real Estate Services was the sole broker involved in the leasing of 171 McDermott Rd. The property includes a 9,000 s/f industrial building and 3 acres of paved parking and outside storage area.
The tenant A-Plus Building Supply LLC is relocating and expanding their business at this North Haven location. A-Plus Building Supply distributes insulation, roofing materials, siding, windows, doors and decking materials.
The property is owned by Anthony DePaola and Vincent DePaola.
The tenant signed a ten-year lease that is valued over $700,000, with an option for ten years.
Levey Miller Maretz, LLC was founded in 1963 and specializes in the sale and leasing of retail, office and industrial properties as well as the sale of investment properties and business opportunities.
