Miller and Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz broker $1m sale to Kennedy Ctr.
Steve Miller and Marty Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz have concluded the sale of 7 Research Dr. for $1 million to The Kennedy Center. The Kennedy Center will move its New Haven services office as well as offer additional services to its members from this location. The Kennedy Center will occupy approximately 4,500 s/f of the 9,200 s/f building.
Miller and Ruff represented the seller in this transaction, and the buyer was represented by ReMax of Hamden.
