Michel joins SCB as associate principal

Matthew Michel

Boston, MA Solomon Cordwell Buenz (SCB) has hired Matthew Michel as an associate principal in the firm’s East Coast office. Michel joins SCB’s Science and Technology leadership team, further strengthening the firm’s growing practice in the sector, specifically life sciences in the region.

Michel brings nearly 35 years of design experience to SCB, along with a robust portfolio of completed projects in Boston and the greater Northeast, demonstrating his ability to get projects through approvals and delivered to market. Michel was previously a partner at SGA, where he helped grow the firm from 20 to 130 people over the last 22 years – providing great insight, rigor, and dedication to delivering on its clients’ goals.

“Matthew’s expertise and vast experience in the architecture industry make him a valuable addition to our team.
