Messore and Doyle of Colonial Props. broker three transactions

 

 

Shelton, CT According to Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., the firm has brokered the following transactions.

Fred Messore, senior vice president, was the sole broker in the sale of 330 River Rd. The 4,580 s/f commercial building on .38 acres was purchased by 330 River Road Associates, LLC for $492,000.

The seller, Housatonic Leasing Agency, LLC was represented by attorney Jason Stevenson with Wiggin and Dana, LLP. The buyer was represented by attorney Adam Hirsch with Hirsch Law Firm, LLC.

 

 

Messore also represented the landlord, 542 Honeyspot Rd., LLC, in the leasing of a 1,600 s/f commercial building located at 542 Honeyspot Rd. in Stratford, to Santos Contracting, LLC for a five-year lease term.

Tom Doyle, Realtor, represented RPA Holdings, LLC in the leasing of 3,200 s/f of manufacturing/warehouse space located at 700 Sherman Ave. in Hamden,  to New Haven International Festival of the Arts & Ideas, Inc. for a two-year term.
