Melillo of Pearce Commercial handles two multi-year leases

North Haven, CT Dave Melillo, senior commercial associate  with Pearce Commercial, has secured a multi-year lease for 355 Sackett Point Rd.

The 1,525 s/f warehouse space in the Taft Park Industrial Condominiums will be used by the new tenant, City Home, LLC, a marble distributor. Melillo represented the landlord, 355 Sackett Point Road, LLC.

Melillo has also secured a multi-year lease for Suite A3 at 408-412 Highland Ave. in Cheshire.

The space will house Renee Alberino, LMFT and Mary Ginnetti, LCSW, for a psychiatric therapy practice in the Cheshire Industrial Park. 

Melillo represented the tenants, and Reno Properties represented the landlord, Cheshire Professional Park, LLC.
