Meixner and Sneider of Boston Realty Advisors represent Boston Foundation for Sight in 13,000 s/f

Needham, MA Boston Foundation for Sight (BFS) has extended its lease for 13,000 s/f at 464 Hillside Ave. After touring several different options in the market, Adam Meixner and Jordan Sneider of Boston Realty Advisors’ (BRA) suburban team, were able to negotiate a 5 year lease extension for BFS. Relocating to another site was a strong consideration for BFS, but in the end, Meixner and Sneider were able to negotiate a favorable enough deal that made the decision easy for BFS to extend. Meixner and Sneider represented BFS while the ownership was self represented in the transaction.

BFS is a world renowned nonprofit eye health care organization. Their mission is to improve the quality of life for patients and their families by transforming the understanding, treatment and care of complex corneal disease. Since 1992, they have restored sight to thousands of patients from around the world.
