Meet the SIOR Member - Nahigian
Robert Nahigian, FRICS, SIOR, CRE, principal of Auburndale Realty Co., has 35 years of real estate experience with 26 years exclusively in commercial and industrial as a developer, advisor, expert witness and broker of approximately $4.7 billion of real estate totaling 36 million s/f. He is recognized as a national leader in his industry; a frequent speaker; and invited columnist to newspapers. He was appointed to the Mass. Highway Real Estate Valuation Review Board by former Gov.
