Meet the IREM Members - Jon Donahue
Jonathan Donahue graduated from Westfield State College in 1993 with a business degree. Holds the ARM designation and has just recently been approved for his CPM designations from the Institute of Real Estate Management. He has been an active member of the IREM chapter for the last 13 years and currently holds the position of chapter secretary. Donahue has been in the property management field for over 14 years and currently works for Barkan Management Co. as a portfolio manager.

Long-term interest rates have fallen by 100 basis points, and the market is normalizing. In December of 2022 I wrote an article about investing in a high interest rate, high inflation market. Since then, inflation has cooled off, and the Fed has begun lowering their funds rate.
