Medfield North Green LLC acquires 11,845 s/f retail plaza

Medfield, MA Medfield North Green LLC, a joint venture of Tuccio Properties Group and Salvatore Capital Partners, has acquired Bullard’s Plaza, 1 Green St. for $1.9 million.

The 11,845 s/f property has six retail tenants. Tenants include Bullard’s Liquor, Halfrey Interiors, Corcoran and Havlin Insurance, Jill’s Hair Studio, Takara Restaurant and Nicholas Christies Day Spa. The plaza’s location, at the corner of North and Green Sts., positions it for success. The plaza also has a 57 space parking lot.

Andrew Tuccio, owner and founder at Tuccio Properties Group, said, “This purchase aligns seamlessly with our long-term vision and mission. The strategic location and unique features of the property will enhance our capabilities and allow us to better serve our tenants and community.”

The acquisition reflects Tuccio Properties Group and Salvatore Capital Partners commitment to sustainable growth within the market.
