McManus joins Timberline Construction as vice president and project executive

Tim McManus has joined Timberline Construction Corp. as vice president and project executive. McManus's specialties include highly complex, fast-track, mission critical, higher education, corporate interior, hospitality and mixed-use projects. As vice president and project executive, McManus is responsible for the client relationship, project management and providing team leadership for all phases of work for on-time and on-budget delivery. By combining his big-project expertise with his hands-on management approach, McManus simplifies the process and ensures project success for each client. Prior to joining Timberline, McManus served as vice president with Tishman Construction for more than eight years and 18 years with Payton Construction. McManus's portfolio of many repeat clients includes: Tufts University, New England Conservatory, Bentley University, Boston College, Brandeis University, Mass General Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital. His reputation as an industry leader and strategic advisor is built on his ability to understand the business as well as his clients' needs and aspirations for every project.
