McMahon of O,R&L represents seller and procures buyer in $1.5 million sale
O,R&L Commercial has negotiated the $1.5 million sale of the former JY Sailboat facility, a 30,000 s/f high bay warehouse and two adjacent vacant lots located at 8 Capitol Dr.
Tim McMahon of O,R&L represented the seller, DW Realty and procured the buyer, the town through a negotiated bid sale. The town plans to relocate its public works department to the site which will provide a centralized location for its fleet and equipment. The town voted unanimously to approve the sale in September.
Earlier in the year, O,R&L brokered the sale of a 20,000 s/fbuilding in the same park to American Laboratory Trading which relocated from Groton.
Providence, RI Shawmut Design and Construction celebrated the ceremonial groundbreaking for the 195 District Park Pavilion, marking the start of construction on a facility that will feature year-round dining and support space for park operations.
