McMahon of Jones Lang LaSalle handles 15,300 s/f lease for 150 Fisher

The Capitol Region Education Council (CREC) recently signed a 15,300 s/f lease at 150 Fisher Dr.  CREC will utilize the space for a Reggio Emilia Magnet School of the Arts. Located in Avon Park North, 150 Fisher Dr. is a 30,720 s/f single story office building owned by 150 Fisher Dr., LLC. Jones Lang LaSalle senior vice president Shawn McMahon represented the landlord and procured the tenant in the transaction.About CREC Founded in 1966, the Capitol Region Education Council (CREC) has been working with and for its Greater Hartford member districts.  CREC provides a wide array of cost-effective and high quality programs and services to meet the educational needs of children and adults in the Capitol Region.
