A 10,564 s/f freestanding facility that is ideally situated and suited for air freight,warehousing and distribution is available for lease at 230 McClellan Hwy. (Rte. 1A). It is among the closest such buildings to Logan International Airport's main gate. The available space includes 1,800 s/f in office space. The property features 11 loading docks, 18' stud height, and a 47.5' clear span.
